Absolutely delighted in the whole process. Met 2 engineers who were knowledgeable, prompt, polite, very tidy and patient with all my questions. The office kept me informed of arrival times each day and despite my several rather confused calls, we unbelievably helpful. Had a new shower tap and water softener fitted in two separate appointments. Everyone on time, so polite and friendly and left the space so clean and tidy! Always would recommend. Online billing system is easy to access as well. Everyone on the phone is friendly and helpful too.

I rang first thing in the morning, as my bathroom was flooded. Solitaire were quick to respond. Although they were fully booked they sent someone out the same day by 1pm. The work was done cleanly, quickly and they knew exactly what needed doing and where the problem was. The bathroom was left sparkling and the cistern fully working (better than before!), although the reason for the call out was to correct a leak. I was surprised how little it cost when I got the invoice which I was happy to pay straight away.
